    Question 21's ?

    I think their great for getting that peak in the bicep. What do you people think ?
    I have included 'em in my bi's & tri's workout.

    They give you a great pump and burn. But, nothing can give you a peak on your biceps, that is genetic!

    I've tried them but don't like them. Feels more like the same burn from doing a tone of curls to me.
    I'll stick with my heavy weight DB curls.

    I love them, they have givin me excellent results. I do them after my heavy lower rep dumbell curls.

    The lower rep DB curls are giving you the excellent results, not the crappy 21's
