and don't rip the skin off of one of your knuckles helping your brother move a couch!!! Now I have a huge hole right where the scrunchy skin on your knuckle should be. It kind of hinders the ability to bend your finger, which in turn means you can't GRIP anything, which in turn means you will only be training your legs and cardio for a good 2-3 weeks while it heals...and the thought of having to use MACHINES while I get this thing healed just kills me, especially since I was making awesome progress....talk about a motivation killer, I had worked myself up to 275 on the bench press, 225 on the barbell row and 60 pound dumbell curls before this happened.....so .take it from me, it SUCKS![]()
