I guess anything that hits that part of the pec like decline or decline flys. I would think that diet would make the biggest impact. To be honest I don't guess I know, but I'd try this.

    Sigh.

You can't spot reduce. You need to diet.

    ditto...

and depending on your genetics chest fat can be very stubborn and you have to get down to single digit bf to get ride of it...

but if you actually manage to get rid of it, and your chest looks like it should, does the fat come back and form in the same way it was b4 you lost weight?

    Huh?

If you don't keep the weight off, I'd assume that your chest would revert back to how it looked before.

Let's pretend that your body fat is 18 percent right now (for example's sake). You drop it down to 14 percent, and your chest looks better - 12 percent, and the nipple flab is almost gone, 10 percent you're looking relatively lean and cut.

I'd make it my goal to maintain a diet and exercise program that will leave you in the 10-12 percent body fat range (based on your maintenance goals), that way you don't really have to worry about the unwanted unappealing adipose returning. That gives you some wiggle room, too.

I'd say start doing chest workouts of 20 sets decline press with a high rep range to burn fat. 30-40 reps a set. This is garanteed to get rid of that stubborn fat. You can eat whatever you want too!

i believe he was kidding about the whole thing.

does 800 reps in a chest workout really sound feasible?

perhaps if youre using just the bar...

Diet's key, along with medium/high rep flat and decline flys and pulley crossovers.

i feel you man, I am big naturally and my chest is kinda big and when i started working out long ago my chest exploded and now it looks even bigger because i added lots of muscle on top, the "fat" tissue goies away when i cut but it is still noticable because i guess i have large muscle growth there, but i doiubt you will ever get rid of it, but it will get better once you cut, plus i like it becasue it gives me nice porportion and defenition even with sewathers....
