let's make a forum sticky for all the things that people should read before they ask questions. like the answers to

I want to get HUGE, what do I do?
I've been lifting for a year and cannot put weight on, what do I do? Is it true that to get ripped I should do like 15 reps for exercises? |

What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)

Maybe you can have an email sent to new members when they sign up, recommending them to use the Search function. So we dont have creatine questions every day. |
