    Question ON Serious Mass???

Has anyone tried or has some info on Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass?? I've been trying to gain some mass and it is just not working. I have been working out on a regular basis, lifting heavy and eating right (protein per body wt, ect...) I joined the gym 7 wks ago starting at 197lb, now 190lb; I feel like a bean pole, I can't stand it. Should I try a wt gainer?? If so should I give up the 100% whey or use both in some manner??

A weight gainer wont do nutting except help you gain some fat. Most weight gainers are garbage.

Go post your diet in the "diet+nutrition forum" . I bet thats your problem...

Eating right could mean a whole lot of things, caloric EXCESS is what makes you gain weight, it has nothing to do with how clean or dirty you eat. Its calories.

What a waste of money unless its an MRP for people in a rush, I can get such small calories so many other ways.

Weight gainers are for people either in a rush, or who are lazy with eating.
