the key to training abs is to use correct form while constantly squeezing the abs during all reps. reps should always be slow and controlled...

good diet + no exercise = weight loss
bad diet + exercise = no weightloss

The key is DIET! and it's so much easier to resist a bag of chips than run 5 miles.

What no muscle, all skinny and no muscle. This is a Bodybuilding forum not a ballerina forum.

I can't agree 100% with that, although I know would have benefited with a better diet, I have made an incredible changes to my body since I started training. I was 180 pounds of fat now I'm 198 mostly muscle.
Although I don't follow any diet fads I don't eat junk at all, not even soft drinks.

Running is good for the heart, diet or no diet.

HOW TRUE!!! except, when I was 320 lbs, I would have needed 125 inch shoulders to make my waist look smaller!

Life is what you make of it, not what it makes you...TAKE CHARGE!

Diet is the only way they will show, however training transversus abdominis - aka Core exercises will help.

We just discussed this in another thread the other day.

I think we discuss it in a thread EVERY day

Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.
