How Do I Lower My Waiste Size
by dieting
"in the howling bleeding nights, the dogs plunge into the Volga and swim desperately to gain the other bank. The nights of Stalingrad are a terror for them. Animals flee this hell; the hardest stones cannot bear it for long; only men endure."
Thanks

the key to training abs is to use correct form while constantly squeezing the abs during all reps. reps should always be slow and controlled...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Dieting and what Lam wrote, he knows his shit.
good diet + no exercise = weight loss
bad diet + exercise = no weightloss
The key is DIET! and it's so much easier to resist a bag of chips than run 5 miles.

What no muscle, all skinny and no muscle. This is a Bodybuilding forum not a ballerina forum.good diet + no exercise = weight loss
I can't agree 100% with that, although I know would have benefited with a better diet, I have made an incredible changes to my body since I started training. I was 180 pounds of fat now I'm 198 mostly muscle.bad diet + exercise = no weightloss
Although I don't follow any diet fads I don't eat junk at all, not even soft drinks.
Running is good for the heart, diet or no diet. The key is DIET! and it's so much easier to resist a bag of chips than run 5 miles.

HOW TRUE!!! except, when I was 320 lbs, I would have needed 125 inch shoulders to make my waist look smaller!Originally Posted by shutupntra1n

Diet is the only way they will show, however training transversus abdominis - aka Core exercises will help.
