Cutting and Bulking

Has anyone tried or know anything about the training and diet program that makes you change your routine and diet from cutting to bulking every five days for a whole month I found the article on this site. I am really interested in trying this because I have about 19% body fat and definetely want to bring that down to about 10-12 but Im still a very small guy and my chest is lagging behind the rest of my body as far as size so i dont want to lose size while cutting. Cutting is something I really have to do right now because I cant stand having all this extra fat on my stomach. This year i went from weighing 140 to 160 gaining a lot of muscle mass but also rasing my bf from 13 to 19. Any ideas or comments about this program?

Go to the diet & nutrition section and read the stickies.

I had read that article before. It has merit, I feel, as a change of pace, for an intermediate or advanced trainer who has mastered all three of the important facets of bodybuilding: training, nutrition and rest/recovery.

It is not a cure all or a "magic pill" and its success is not assured if you are missing one or more of those three parts of the puzzle I just mentioned.

That's sort of like the Zig-Zag method old Doc "anti-HIT" Hatfield promoted in his book.

"in the howling bleeding nights, the dogs plunge into the Volga and swim desperately to gain the other bank. The nights of Stalingrad are a terror for them. Animals flee this hell; the hardest stones cannot bear it for long; only men endure."
