Cool trainging advice

hi peeps ive been going to the gym for serveral months now and have gained almost 2 stone from doing so as i weigh close to 140lb's now which im happy about im just look for some advice. firstly i usually spend roughly 1 and a half hours to 2 hours max down the gym mon to thursday some times on a friday as well. i have a set routine of machine which is the same for every day and works out almost every muscle. i like to concentrate on triceps mainly and do alot on latts and shoulders. i also do 1 mile running in roughly 9 mins before i start my work out. i would like to know if this is a good way to carry on bulking up and becoming muscle toned or am i doing it wrong or over doing it? (as i previously tore my triceps which are fully healed now). also i am thinking about trying some v12 turbo creatin as i have a very high metab and was told to gain muscle weight this would be best stuff for me just looking for some advice really as to how i can change and improve work out if needed and advice about creatin and is my work out sufficant in using it?

thanks

Neo

oh also my work out on each machine is 3 sets of 15 reps if possible

hmm where to start....

Youre in the gym to long
You dont appear to have a defined split
You only use machines
You only work out some of your muscles
You do cardio before lifting
You used the T word
You think creatine will perform miracles

......youre going to have to do some reading. Start with all the stickies in the top of each forum.

lol ok after all i am a noob first whats a defined split, i use 7.5 for triceps where lift arm above head and lower amr below head lifting bck up not sure what its called though. i work out nearly all muscles btw and i use a thera crunch for stomack and 2 of the body building machine not usre again what they are called but you put your own free weights on bars placed on the machine. cardio i was told is good as it supposedly increases lung capacity, gets muscles ready for trainging and helps your heart as the gym instructor told me to allways do cardio before work out. whats the T word i used? and creatine helps gain weight which can be built on for which i need to know if my work out is good appropriate for the use and i never though i spent to long down the gym?

sorry if this seems im not looking for help i really am just bit confused by what you said and how ive been told to do it so far i can give you more details of the work out i do if needed

thanks

neo

also ive read the post on 10 steps and also the sticky with a trainging program on it a 3 week one. what sort of foods are best (pasta maybe?)

You gained 2 stone in a few months that must mean you are doing something right!!!!!

Read the stickies on this forum dude and you will learn shit loads about bulking up.

Just about everything has been about every subject on yhis forum at some point. Take a day off from training and spend it surfing this site and one or 2 of the sites that are recommended it's all there for you. Lear how to diet( this is v.v.v.v.v.v.v.v.v.v.v.v. fucking important) learn how to train and learn how to rest.

Good luck

PS chill out on your poor tris man, thats how they got torn!!!!!!!

Respect to all!!!!

2 hours in the gym 4-5 days a week is way too much.

Using machines only is really really not a good idea.

Way too many sets, especially if you work out a lot, and your intensity sucks if you can do that every day almost 5 days a week

I mean that if you are doing 8 sets of everything 4-5 days a week and never resting that means you are pumping your muscles mindlessly, not actually working out with a good level of intensity.
