Put up some pics of my ABS and ARMS

The abs and arm pics are in the December folder.

Hey guys I was wondering what do you think of the pics? When you look at my arms, it seems like my triceps completely dominate my biceps, but in the strength department they are very close with the biceps maybe even edging in brute strength but probably not in the endurance department.

I have a lot of trouble trying to get my biceps to peak a bit more. I've even dedicated a day to work on my brachialis, brachioradialis and forearm to try and help my biceps grow. I'm curling 40lbs dumbells in each hand right now and I get about 6 reps.

My abs are fairly good in my opinion, just have to lose the lovehandles...

You look to be really naturally lean. You look like a friend of mine. Where's the December folder? Lookin sharp bro.
"in the howling bleeding nights, the dogs plunge into the Volga and swim desperately to gain the other bank. The nights of Stalingrad are a terror for them. Animals flee this hell; the hardest stones cannot bear it for long; only men endure."

Woops! Okay the December album is public now. I am actually not naturally lean. Well, maybe I am very mesomorphic. If I eat bad i'll gain weight easily and if i diet then i can lean up a bit. What i'm trying to do is become very lean and then stay that way.
