    Training Advice?

Alright im a pretty skinny guy of only about 120 lbs, my diet really consist of mainly protein "mmmm". I know thats not much but im 21 years old with very high metabolism. I have good body type but im just skinny I know if I keep with working out Ill start to look great.

I've been working on my abs 4-5 days week for about a month and im noticing improvement. I want to start working on my arms, I cant really do that many correct pushups all the way to the floor.

Any advice on what size freeweight I should buy 10 or 15? I tried doing 5lb weights awile ago but lifting them 100times didnt do anything.

im still kinda new to all this but if you want your arms to look bigger work on the triceps for that get 7.5 to 10 lb freeweights as there are many excersises which can be done to bulk up you triceps best one ive found is to hold the weight straight up in the air then bend you arm so that the weight is half behind your head then raise arm to straight posistion again. its good for triceps but im not sure of the name of that work out and i may not have described it great so hope this helps

I got another question in high school they found out I had curvature of spine but they really never said how to correct it are there any excercises to help this? My Chest is uneven quite a bit because of this.

im no vet like some of the other guys here, but my advice would be to use more weight, less reps divided into sets of about 10, 15 at most, take rest days regularly, and of course - diet is crucial.

The best advice you can get is to buy some 1.25 pound plates and workout progressively. Either up the weight and or reps every workout. If your diet is in check then strength will preceed hypertrophy. Keep the volume low and increase reps and or weight every week if at all possible...

Also focus on Squats, Deadlifts, Military and Bench presses.

I'm also not very experienced, but I've done military presses, and I must say they're excellent for the back. However, you MUST do them standing up to get the full effect. If you haven't worked your back (like I was before) and you start to do those, you should find them very difficult (using free weights and standing, that is). After a month or two, your back will be much improved. As for how that affects the spine, I'm not really sure. Maybe a more experienced member could chime in...
