GOPRO can you help me out PLEASE
Iv been talking to prince quite a bit and he tells me to talk to you about getting ripped....
I WANT to get some mass but also ripped... like http://www.sherdog.com/fightfinder/d...?fighterid=156 i want to look like that guy...maybe ever more ripped.. but can u help me out here... like first whats a good diet for that kind of body. and i have a good split but what are some good routines for rippness... and how much cardio should i be doing... im thinking of cardio 5 days a week...right after school i do cardio then at night i do my weight training... So could you please help me out... Thanx a million man |

dude, this guy isnt ripped at all look at his abs they suck. i am lucky and i have natural ripness so i dont have to worry about dieting and stuff i eat as much as i want. you can try creatine it really helps me get even more toned. also cardio 5 days a week in my opnion is just suicide. you must be crazy. i do cardio like 2 or 3 days a week.
