dude, this guy isnt ripped at all look at his abs they suck. i am lucky and i have natural ripness so i dont have to worry about dieting and stuff i eat as much as i want. you can try creatine it really helps me get even more toned. also cardio 5 days a week in my opnion is just suicide. you must be crazy. i do cardio like 2 or 3 days a week.
