DB rows, where you hang one side of you off a bench. there's a full website with animations of exercises somewhere. Someone will post it for you.
But why just DB exercises? Does your gym not have other back equipment?


Ive been looking through the galleries here, and i gotta say, some of you guys have monster backs.
atm mine is looking ripped and defined etc and im pretty happy with it, but a bit more width would be great, so does anybody know some exercises thatll help with that?
currently on back day im doing deadlifts and bent over rows. and im enjoy the deadlifts muchly.
so yeah, thanks in advance, anything you have is always appreciated!

No dumbells needed (unless you are strong enough to need added resistance) if you do chin ups/pullups.

ah, i dont work out at the gym, the prices for the one around here are totally extortionate, so i just work out at home. ive got dumbells at the mo, but im getting some money together to get myself a bench/barbell and some other stuff.
right now im using a table as a bench for exercises that need one :P aint no lack of equipment or money going to hinder me, lol
