    First Load Of Pics

    Hardly impressive at the moment, not by any stretch of the imagination, but a shitload better than what i looked like 6 months ago (the photo of me playing bass is there for contrast. my arms! theye even SMALLER there! :P)

    so yeah, any comments/criticisms/advice/anecdotes/humourous jabs are welcome

    i know, thats my biggest problem. metabolism sucks, im getting better though .

    there was this period of about 2 years where i was really ill, so i hardly ate anything, and because of that i literally COULDNT eat much more once i got better (stomach shrunk or something). though now im pretty much stuffing myself daily

    EAT! You have a not bad basis , Ive seen much skinnier , but you need to eat a lot more.

    Aim for a 2500+ Cals a day and its a good start ... Check the diet/nutrition forum for some idea on protein/carbs/fat ratio ...

    Dont blame your metabolism ... I have metabolism that I gain fat easily , Im like that ... You just have to learn to live with it , and do what you need to do to optain your goals.
    When a goal is reached comes satisfaction . You're accomplished as a person when you surpass those goals .

    Do you frequent the Diet/nutrition pages? Start a journal and post your meals daily... it helps HUGE time You'll grow in no time. There is deffinately progress though dude.

    i do frequent the boards, all of them really, atm its pretty obvious to me that im simply not eating enough food quantity wise, without worrying about content and stuff.

    im having veg and meat every day and loving it though, pork chops...mmm...

    i was looking at some of your pics earlier also, and if i could get half of what youve got id be damn happy! how long have you been lifting?
