    Olympic Lifts and Quickness

Hey guys i am very slow, i get tired from JOGGING a BLOCK! I am pretty fat (look at my gallery) but pretty strong relative to other people in my school. I wanted to know how I can get quick and not get tired just by JOGGING A BLOCK!

    Any help would be appreciated
    Thanks

Depends on whether or not you're looking for endurance or speed. They are two separate things.

Do you want to be able to jog a block really quickly or be able to jog many blocks without being tired?
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

If you want to get fast, PRACTICE SPRINTING. Aligned with a good weight training muscle that will increase your force output, this combination will improve your movement..

Quickness and outride speed are different.
