Just have a quick question about today. Had an endurance day today for legs back and bi's. The gym was unexpectidly closed today, so needless to say, I didn't get my workout in. My Q is this...could I do "jump squats" to make up for my not doing squats, lunges and deadlifts today(high rep/low wt day). Squat down and jump up quickly and repeat. Usually do 5x50.
Would those hit your back without any weight though?
You can do some 1 legged leg squats with your own body weight too. helps with your core as well.
