Start doing a lot of reading in the diet & nutrition section. Also, feel free to poke around my journal for good ideas. Other journals of big eaters include P-funk and PreMier.

you're skinny, lean and a little bulk you'll be wow... me... i've always a little chubby so for me to see what you see daily i have fat to burn... you have muscle to build... like everyone else said... start eating!
