    Bodyfat is low, so if you bulk hard, youd be good. Bulk up.

    Start doing a lot of reading in the diet & nutrition section. Also, feel free to poke around my journal for good ideas. Other journals of big eaters include P-funk and PreMier.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    you're skinny, lean and a little bulk you'll be wow... me... i've always a little chubby so for me to see what you see daily i have fat to burn... you have muscle to build... like everyone else said... start eating!

    cheers for advice peeps started my split today hard work lol and ill have alook on those journals to see what kinda food is good to eat and start eating it
    also ive heard whey mentioned a few times and pb not sure what they are food wise?

    Whey is a type of protein found in milk. You can buy it in powder form and use it as a supplement. It is assimilated very quickly, therefore it is ideal to take after a workout.

    PB is peanut butter.
