    stretch marks :(

im starting to get stretch marks right under my armpits on my pecs and on my inner thighs. what can i do to reduce them? other than stop getting bigger lol. i have only one more week on M1T before i stop bulking then cut after xmas break. this would be also valuable info since once my g/f started birth control she gained about 20 lbs really quickly and got some nasty marks from it. any way to help them disappear? or to control mine while i gain another 5 lbs this next week?
    cutting sucks.

yes, there is help...pretty much any cream with cocoa butter in it will help. palmer's specializes in it and makes som especially for stretch marks. i have some on my love handles and it's helped diminish them greatly. you can get it at walmart.

The doc told my wife to cut open some vitmin E gel caps and rub it on, it will help reduce further damage.

    Cheap... effective.

St. Ives Collagen Elastin... it's made for pregnant woman to keep away their stretch marks when they have kids. It works like a dandy. As you get old your skin loses it's Collagen and hardens... this puts it back. and best all... it's dirt cheap!

    Strretch marks

When I first started bodybuilding I grew quick and my arms ended up with quite bad stretch marks. E45 cream helped loads.

i like um, it a shows me progress
Standin' tall ! On the wings of my dreams
Rise and fall ! On the wings of my dreams
The rain and thunder, the wind and haze
    I'm bound for better days
    It's my life
