I did 3 sets of 10 pushups to get going, then I hopped on the bowflex. On there I did 160 to start for about 4 reps(failure) then dropped to 140 for 5 reps(failure) and then down to 120 for 5 more. Keep in mind that this is all after not having benched for like 3-4 years. I don't want to go to a gym until i know I can commit to doing this on a regular basis so I'm going to start slow and then start to kick my ass into gear. Maybe you could give me a better routine than this.
