Hi, I've been training for a while now but still don't understand why are my triceps so flabby, despite a low bodyfat. The funny part is that when I flex my arms, the flab can't be seen. However, if I relax my arm, hang it straight and shake it in a left/right movement, than I can see the disgusting flab moving aound in my triceps.
Is there anyway I can tighten and remove the flab? Or are there any particular trics exercise that works well for this type of problem? Thanks in advance. ------------------ Work hard, play hard, and sleep well. |
