Currently I am on a 3 day split routine. Mon-chest/triceps, Wed-legs/shoulders, Fri-back/biceps. Trying to put muscle mass on, lifting heavy, low reps. I have read that I should split up the leg/shoulder routine. Put legs on Tue and shoulders on Wed or Thur. I don't seem to have a problem going through all the exercises when I work my legs and shoulders. I'm doing 3-4 exercises for each group, legs last about 45 min along with shoulders about 30 to 40 min. I have the time on Wed, just wondering what you guys/gals think.


the anterior deltoid is getting hit enough on chest day. I would add in a couple of sets of military press on that day to hit the medial head. then on back day to a rear delt exercise. that way leg day is just that...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
