Opinion about Bulk vs Cut - under my situtation

Sup,

Been going on a cut. I find it realllly hard to maintain a cut diet. the reason being indian parents . Yeah all you with foreign parents know what im talking about. "You eat more, look at you skin and bones, your turning how you say anorexic". Yah so i always end up gettin forced to eating about 400 cals above my total daily intake. With my parents it hard to just say now cause you try spending and hour explaining why im eating less.

My bf is at about 15%, and i was thinking instead of cut i might as well bulk and hope my bf decreases with the gain of muscle. Dunno it just seems like a futile effort when your parents make everyday a refeed or a cheat day.

Your Opinions?

Thanks.

Pretend you're eating then spit it out when they're not looking. bad advice. maybe increase cardio to compensate the xtra cals or just bulk like Rissole said.

What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
