search for
plyometric training - for some background research
or
plyometric exercises - it should give you results for lots of sites with these sorts of exercises.

Dot drills- five painted dot on the ground, the same shape as the "5" on a di(bottom two 18" apart, middle 12" above it, and the other two 12" above the middle one, not a square.) What you do is jump from dot to dot, too many combos to name. did em in high school, works pretty well.
