    chest routine

I've been doing the same chest routine for about 2.5 months,

    incline db press 3 x 10
    db press 3 x 10
    flat bench 3 x 10
    verticl machine press 3 x 10
    machine flys 3 x 10

I need to switch it up. Any suggestions would be great.

you need to vary your rep range. the vertical press is the same thing as flat bench take it out. add in a decline movement...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

holy crap. thats alot of presses. Its debatable, but imo i think you should only do 2 presses. like flat & incline one week, and then flat and decline another week . etc....
    Damn

Just too many sets, too many presses. Do less, more intensely. Vary the exercises and try alternating heavy with 6-7 reps/set with medium 10-12 reps/set. 1 min. max between sets.

try adding a little weight to get your reps into the 6-8 range and maybe keep the total number of sets to 12 or less. Try that for 6-8 weeks and change again
