Everyone is different aren't they? Just because someone works out x number of days a week, does not make everyone look the same as another person working the same routine.

i am 17 as well, and am currantly in the gym 6 days a week...5 days weights, 1 day hitting the abs hard. everyone reacts differently to weights and most people cant handle the stress of comming in 6 days a week, but as for others it will seem that they can workout all they want and never over train, i personally hit every body part once a week and have great gains on that, and able to put up 335, i do take protein powder but protein can be found in foods and your friend probably eats enought protein from reg. foods to supply him with those gains

Some people are naturally strong...it isn't a consequence of him working out 6 days a week, imo, he would progress 10 times better if he adjusted frequency

..mabye he has a split. Nothing wrong with having a really nicely evened out split.
Unless hes doing the same thing everyday 6 days a week. That defies the laws of normaility and crosses the fineline into the zone of ahhhhnooold. |
