    Don't work out

Muscles don't like to be kicked around when they're already down for the count. Leave them alone until they aren't sore. Work on abs or something.

Working them sore could hurt you more than help you.

No matter if it was a Saturday morning in high school or a Sunday morning in college, I was always more sore than I ever get from working out. Just relax! You aren't going to blow away over night.
