I would:
1. Space it out more. Have a rest on Wednesday
2. Do abs only once a week
3. Do lats on back day
4. Do traps on shoulders day along with abs (instead of back day)

What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
You should have no more then two consecutive workout days. Remember muscle is built durring rest. I would do Abs only once a week ,its enough. Lats and Back should be the same day and try having shoulders in the same day as chest because they are often times used together.
I'm with Karl. If your doing lats on shoulder day then what are you really doing on back day? Also, the bigger the muscle the more it takes out of you when lifting. I'd switch your Monday and Thursday routines, but that's just me.
