Thanks both of you. Responses like that make me keep doing what I am doing!
I think you have a very nice lat spread. You're nice and lean, so you have some pretty good definition. I suggest working more on your chest. Looking great though, especially for 4 months of lifting. Keep it up.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

Yeah, really lean man..work on moving the heaviest amount of weight, don't screw yourself and do too much volume and lift every day. You have a great deal of potential.

Oh BTW can any of you guys guess my bf %?
8 percent ... start eating!!! that was my biggest mistake you look like me when i was 15, very ectomorphish....eating is more important than training for you right now in my opinion ...
Squat: 5x5: 295lbs
Bench: 1x4: 275
Dead: 1x1: 475
good work!
bf 8-10%
You look awesome my friend. The best thing about you is that you have a great frame for bodybuilding...wide shoulders, wide back, and a small waist. Once you fill out you will truly look fantastic! Great six pack too!!

I just disagree that you should use the heaviest weight possible. You should use the heaviest weight possible with PERFECT form. Learn the mind-to-muscle connection, and learn how to isolate the muscles you are trying to work. When i was young, and i'm sure most people, you just lift with whatever jpossible. Sure, it builds you're strength, but not as quickly and certainly doesn't build your muscle as quickly. This way you maximize muscle growth as well as strenghth.
Keep pumpin', kid...

all depends on ur genetic make up.. if ur mostly a fast twitch person ... low reps high weight is ur buddy if ur slow twitch person 8-12 reps is ur buddy with corresponding intensity...

Max Squat - No rack, I am getting one for christmas though, I seen a package my dad had in the mail and the sticker on it was proform.
You get props from me. I have the same exact build as you currently, but I have 1.5 years of lifting on my belt. I need to start eating right... but how long have I been saying that!?!?![]()
Again, good job.
I don't train hard, eat right, and do the things I do for others. I do it for myself.
....did I mention the ladies too???![]()

Eatings probably a good idea. I know smaller forearms come with being younger and all but you should build on those a little. You look like a skinny 15 year old punk lol jk. Oh yea and eat.
good job man! keep up the good work!
