Obviously if you work out continuously your body won't be fully recovered for your next lift. Take a day off here and there. It can really help.
I've been working out for a couple of consecutive days and now i am weaker. Does weight training too much make you weaker? The other day i can rep 95lbs benching easily but today i can barely do it like twice.

I advise not working out more than two days in a row, although some can get away with it. As well, it does depend on your volume and intensity. Still, I think it is best to avoid weight training 3 days in a row if possible.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

The bodies stress response is the same whether you lift for your legs or your chest...you have only so many resources to compensate and then supercompensate as far as muscle is concerned, so if you workout too much you are probably selling yourself short.
