    training while sick doing more harm then good

    I have a dreaded cold!! i feel really bad...today is leg day , but i dont feel like hitting the gym..it will do more harm than good correct? And another thing when you are ill...my appetite has decreased significantly...Ive been force feeding my regular diet..Is this what i should do? or just eat if im hungry?

    ...get better...how you do that is up to you....1 day wont make you fat or loose all your gains... just get better

    Yea get a lot of sleep. Taking a few days off in the mind of someone who feels dedicated to lifting probably seems longer than it really is, atleast it used to for me till I got over that. Dont get out of control with the days off though lol.
