    some cutting questions

okay guys, im just about ready to start my cutting cycle, but i have a few questions first..

i know that the best time to do cardio is in the morning, but if i cant do it then, should i do it before or after dinner when i get home from school?

also, i was going to take ripped fuel for the cycle, with some asprin and caffeine.. how much should the doses of asprin and caffeine be?

    thanks!

I do my workouts in the morning... cardio at night. Last thing I want to do is to use up my energy in the morning doing cardio and then have a crappy workout. Personally it doesn't matter WHEN i do my 45 minute cardio... just as long as I do it at some point.

with the aspirin/caffeine thing... start low and work your way up. Everyone metabolizes it differently and if you hit it too hard it might not be fun.
