Thread: whats your motivation to body build?

Ok, almost spit out my chicken sandwhich reading that.

Motivation = Women...hmm this should be a poll

To make my family (especially my daughter and wife) proud of me!!!

So I don't end up looking like either of my grandmothers!
(Hubby could give dayum that I train.)
And because I also want my kids to be proud of me. I sent my oldest a recent pic a month ago. He and his brother haven't seen me in a year. I'm back to wearing the same size jeans as my 19 year old daughter. My oldest sons response, "mom, you look hot!" That meant a lot to me. My kids saw what living with fibromyalgia plus three surgeries and lyme disease had been doing to me.

It is the sport I didn't have/always wanted after getting cut from the baseball team.

To be the biggest muthafucka I can be. Simple as that.

So I don't look and feel like shit.

Don't need motivation to lift because I love doing it. I need to motivate myself to do cardio though!

My time with the weights is quality time for self, like going surfing. I always look forward to it and motivation is never an issue.

That feeling I get when I increase my weights from last workout is great. I think, "Hey, I'm stronger than I've ever been." Granted, this doesn't really qualify as bodybuilding, but the two are interrelated to some degree.

I enjoy training, and always look forward to it. But I guess the bonuses that come with training also double as my motivation. One example is how much the chicks love it.

I wanna be healthy and fit, I wanna look good and oddly enough, I want to be HUGE! go figure!

chicks dude, chicks. But really, i think its the best stress relief there is.

Football. I hate weight training

So people look at me as a positive, healthy example and inspire them to do the same with their bodies.

And the chick thing doesn't hurt.

Yep , Ill say the same thing , chicks is always a good motivation. Id like to be a bouncer for this bar too within a year or 2.

its all about the ladies bro, jst the thought of going to the beach taking off your shirt and knowing that all the hotties are checking you out

Since I am a larger chick, I love the stares and attention form being so. I feel sexier with muscles than without and I love the challenge that I even out do some of the men. I rather be a leader than a follower to most other women. Being different
