workout times

does it matter what time one works out if the days are constent??? i mean some tuesdays i can workout in the morning sometimes i can work out in the afternoon sometimes at night... is there a difference????

No, but you may find that you have more energy depending on the time of day.

as long as it doesn't really mess up your rest and diet I don't see any real problem with working out any time of the day.

Working out at the same time each day will help your body get into a rythym whereby it will "be ready" to train at those times. This is just another adaption response that our bodies go through. However, if it's not possible for you to work out on a set schedule don't let it bother you. You can and will continue to make gains if you are on a good program and diet.

Hmmmm....based on what you just wrote wouldn't that be a good reason to lift at different times? So that your body does not adapt or get into a rythym.
