I was wondering if this os overtraining.
    Monday: all is 3x10
    flat bench
    decline bench
    incline bench
then do the same with dumb bells
    Tuesday:
    bis and tris and forearm
    preacher curl
    hammer curl
    close grip bench press
    pull downs
    skull crushers
    Wendsday: off (cardio)
    Thursday:
    squats
    leg extensions
    leg curls
    heel raises
    Friday:
    back and shoulder

I do all this in an hour a day and do cardio on days off. Am I over trainging

not only are you probably over training... but not training correctly.... for example .. chest... work in some flyes.. vary the repranges... no reason to do flat/decline/incline with dumbells and barbells every workout... CHANGE IT UP... change is key.. keep the body guessing... try to keep the sets down and intensity up... everyone different but i do 9 sets for chest/back/legs 7 for shoulders and 6 for bi/tri's .... look at gopros routine for a good example...
somehow trying to get the abs but bulk at the same time.......

any suggestions how how I should change it up? My back is hurting right now and once I feel a little better I am going to change some things about my workout. I just do not know how to do it. any suggestions would greatly help!
I have been working out for about three months and have lost about 30 lbs. Need to lose the love handles still but I have made a little progress. Just need a change. Oh and where can you find gopro's workout.
