As ID said diet is the key, however, you also need to re-evaluate your routine. Your training contains too much volume on certain muscles groups like back and chest. Keep this routine up and you'll be overtrained at soon. Remember that your muscles grow during rest periods, not in the gym.

I am assuming this is over 7days
    Mon- Back
    Tues Chest
    Wed Rest
    Thurs-Legs
    Fri-Shoulders
    Sat-Arms
    Sun-Rest
    Repeat

Back I would prolly drop the chins and seated rows and throw in some Deads. On arms why so much for bi's and so little for tri's . Tri's Give the arm size not bi's

    How many Reps per Set?

What % of Max are you training?

YEA its so stupid to train biceps more then triceps... TRICEPS IS 70% of the upper arm size! The mass of the arm is the triceps...train them more and do less of bicep work

i dont have access to the gym on weekends i live out of town so i can only work out at a gym by my school on my spares
so i just drop the wednesday rest and rest the whole weekend

i usually try and give like 80 - 100 % on the second and third sets. i do 6-8 reps for the most part but for chins and dips i do like 10-15.
