Dumbell bent over rows are an excercise I have really grown to like.
What are some good Lat excersices besides Bent Over Rows and Pullups? Preferably without needing a pullup bar?
"A man can be as great as he wants to be. If you believe in yourself and have the courage, the determination, the dedication, the competitive drive and if you are willing to sacrifice the little things in life and pay the price for the things that are worthwhile, it can be done. The harder you work, the harder it is to surrender." ~Vince Lombardi
I love em too, but how have your results been?, The reason i ask is Im away from the gym for a few months, and all i have is db's and bb's, so no lat pulldowns for me for a month or so......

I really like one arm DB rows. Some people like pulldowns, but I could never get into them. DB pullovers are also nice. The stretch you get durring the eccentric portion of the motion feels nice.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

I find T-Bar rows very effective for building lat thickness. Although I generally don't like machines the Hammer Strength lat pulldown is also good when used occassionally.
