Definately stretch, i'm not sayin you get better gains but you'll be less likely to injure yourself, good suppel muscles = a better range of motion.i dont strecdth at all seeems liek everyone has different opinions on stretching now if i were to do soem stretchin after a workout would i get better gains or more cuts or anything liek tht
Yesbeen thinkin o buying flax oil ( its sounds liek the best healthiest one) and it says dont use it for cookin... do u pour the oil directly on like a cooked breast or soemthing?

yeha i know no good i usually make 1 or 2 huge meals a day and thts it maybe soem snacks adn stuff
