    Questions =)

    hey everyone

    right now i dont eat 6 meals a day and dont take any supplements.. now im not sure but if i were to take protein and eat alot more.. when i stop wouldnt i pretty musch lose it all? cause i get gains by just eating normal and without taking anything. im sure id get better gains tho with them.

    also

    i dont strecdth at all seeems liek everyone has different opinions on stretching now if i were to do soem stretchin after a workout would i get better gains or more cuts or anything liek tht

    been thinkin o buying flax oil ( its sounds liek the best healthiest one) and it says dont use it for cookin... do u pour the oil directly on like a cooked breast or soemthing?

    wht do u gusy think is the most important meal..

    cause i rarely eat breakfast yeha i know no good i usually make 1 or 2 huge meals a day and thts it maybe soem snacks adn stuff

    any help would be greatful

    ps going grocery shoppin today
    if u could buy only 3 things to help
    wht would they be other then whey?

    Yeah you can get gains without takin them but you optimise the gains you do get when you take them.... why would you stop once you start.... and eat 6 meals a day.

    Definately stretch, i'm not sayin you get better gains but you'll be less likely to injure yourself, good suppel muscles = a better range of motion.

    you wont loose gains unless you start eating less calories than yo spend a day. Forcing the body to find protein for energy from your existing muscle.

    stretching doesnt help prevent injury.

    It would make sense that it does though... After all, you're increasing your flexibility. If you had zero flexibility and tried to move what would happen? Not good right? Plus it helps to get blood flowing to your muscles, kinda like a pre-warm up warm up, know what I mean? But that's just my opinion...

    just came back from gr4ocerie shoppin bought a lot o stuff i normally dont even look at
    so let the gains begin

    theres a huge thread on this down in the training sectino somewhere. I think it was deadbolt who posted the article that stated stretching has no effect on performance or injury prevention. Unless you are some stiff freak, chance of injury wont increase with our without stretching. Weight Warm-Ups promotes better blood circulation than stretching
