Hey,

I worked out my chest and triceps on tuesday and I can still feel the "pain" from my workout. I assumed I really worked my chest because I did 4 sets of bench presses, 3 sets of chest flyes, and 3 sets of high cable crossovers. I lifted as much weight as a could for each exercise and did 6-8 reps for each set.
I rested for 1 minute. Have I overtrained? Thanks
