How do you go about getting your joints and ligaments ready to handle the increased poundages associated with PH usage? I'm anticipating a somewhat rapid jump in strength.
I'd suggest supplementing with glucosamine and when you start with heavier weights really focus on strict slow form and joint protection (ie. wrists over elbows when pressing, knees over toes when squatting, etc).
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.
The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.
