    Opening a different door

    OK ive decided to not continue carb cycling and just cut regularly . But I am also reducing the calories by 200... im 6ft 200lbs...now what would be a good macro for someone trying to get to 180?? Like how many grams of Carbs?

    A typical day would be like this for me.

    meal 1 : 1/2 cup oatmeal
    2 whites/2 whole eggs
    1 scoop whey
    3 fish oils

    meal 2: 2 scoop whey
    1/2 cup oats
    3 fish oils


    meal 3: 8oz chicken
    1/2 cup brown rice
    cup of spinach

    meal 4: Can of tuna
    cup of veggies
    2 fish oil
    some nuts

    meal 5: 8oz turkey
    1/2 sweet potato
    vegetables
    3 fish oils

    The diet looks clean but you would have better luck posting it in the diet/nutrition forum...they could better help you there. Be sure to post the macros of that entire meal plan and for each meal.
