hey i have a weird question/comment.
i just started working my legs today for the first time and i discovered sumthing a little strange, and i wanted to ask other people about it..
does calf raises make anyone else feel like they have to take a shit during the set, and then actually take one.. or maybe that means i am not using proper form or sumthing..
cuz during my sets of calf raises, i felt like i had to, and then did after that, take a shit. weird huh?![]()

What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)

Maybe you just needed to crap at the time, and doing the set got the blood pumping and so forth.
Never happens to me.
Don't eat the spicy stuff before you workout.
Oh for the record... Doing legs, mainly heavy calf stuff makes me have to go potty but not pooh pooh. Just #1

I'm telling you man, just bring some adult dipers. It gets cold as hell in the weight room sometimes, and that lump of goodness in the diper just warms you right up. Hell, sometimes I even skip warmups.

I usually make a dooty after I workout. I do a really nice long one. I usually read. One time I fell asleep but that another story.
