    More fat?

    I dont see why. You could stand to gain some weight perhaps, but I dont see a reason to get fatter, ~7% is a nice number.

    Whether misguided or not, Dan Duchaine believed 6% was the optimal number for a male in healthy condition.

    ..why gain fat.. it gets easier to cut and look mad ripped in the end. Chances are you will gain some fat when you bulk any way, so you will even out.

    At 124 pounds, I would say you definitely need to gain weight. However, muscle mass is what you want, not fat. Head over to the diet & nutrition sections and start reading.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    I think you should focus on adding lean muscle mass at your age.

    holly shit man maintaining 6 % bf is FUCKING HARD MAN 8-9% yeah but 6 is where most people go into competition with
