    This is something I'm sure I should know but I don't What is a Push Press?

    id assume it would be good if ur into olympic lifts like cleans and whatnot

    Into power movements for Powerlifting. Was reading a sample program and they suggested doing these.

    I use em for xtra few reps after doing normal standing military presses.
    What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)

    It probably helps with speed and rate of force generation. It could be useful as a DE lift.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
