I make a log with Excel. Print it out and write about 6 weeks then input it into my computer. I like to see what progress I'm making.

I always thought of a log in the gym as a hassle and something that would slow down my workouts. I suppose from the standpoint of being sure you're adding weight each week, it would be good... I guess i'll be getting a log soon!

As I previously posted I have always used a log. Recently I came off a P/RR/S cycle and after a few days off thought I'd spend a couple of weeks just doing whatever I felt like in the gym, and I have to say, it's been quite refreshing and beneficial. One day I did heaps of chest and nothing else, another I did just back and today I hit my quads and hamstrings. I new what weights to use from previous workouts and sort of planned what I was going to do as I was driving to the gym. Anyway the point is, that I think once in a while it is a nice change to head to the gym with no set plan and to just do what intuitively comes to mind. Not for long though; back onto another set workout scheme after Chrissy.

What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
