i know a lot of people have mentioned one side of their body is "bigger" than the other. I know my right side (arms, chest, shoulder) looks a little bigger than my left, it looks fuller I guess. Now I am a lefty...SO, is it possible that this is a result of my left side being more "efficient" at doing the exercises, therefore is "stronger yet not bigger" than the other side? Like my left bicep can almost always get one or two more reps than the right bicep, but the right one looks bigger, and feels bigger. Does the fact that I am a lefty have anything to do with this?
im righty and my right hand can get like 4 or 5 more reps than my left hand! it's messed up man, my left bicep LOOKS SOOOOO MUCH SMALLER THAN MY RIGHT... should i just start training the left and forget about the right for a while?

Interesting questions, because I was thinking of asking the same thing. You see, logically that would be the conclusion you could come to, to train one bicept and not the other. However, I have a feeling most people will tell you to train both, but place emphasis on the left, such as, by using it first, and giving it priority over the other arm. Also, don't do more reps with the other, keep the rep number the same for both. Hell maybe do an extra rep with the left.
This is the case with my shoulders. My left shoulder is weaker than my right. So much so, that I can't increase my dumbell military press until i get up to 8 reps on a certain weight, even though my right arm could go up 5 and get it 5 or so, my left can't even get it up.
