How often should i take the shake?

Hey, obviously im new here and im only 17 and i weigh 60 kg, and curently can max bench 1 of about 70kg i think, currently for my workout plan it includes 4 sets of 55kg at 6 repetitions each interval etc etc.
Since i kinda stopped a few months ago, due to labour intensive work on a building site and college work etc ive deicded to start again and i started my workout plan again thats all typed up etc etc at another destination of mine, ive found my "strength" is still there but ive just kinda shrunk quite a bit, even for 60kg i thought and was told by quite a few people that I was rather tonned, decent pecs, bi's arms and triceps and since i used to ride everywhere,y me legs werent half bad either, although ive been driving for 2 months and then once again become somewhat lazy. Ive started to use a weight gain supplement to help with bulking up a little bit, my aim is to roughly reach around 11 stone? or maybe even 12 not too sure yet - which is 70/75kg i believe so not that much of an improvement but i think i need to fill out somewhat more to get slightly bigger, then after i have reached that goal i shall keep toning more and carry on work with the other fitness, as running and riding etc, but should i take this protein/weight gain shake before i start the workout, so if i work out twice a week i take it twice before each session, or take it every morning and carry on working out twice a week (as thats all i can spare) and drink energy drinks whilst i a working out?
Sorry for the long thread but it was easier to get it all off in one fell swoop.

if wht ur sayin is u really wanan gain weight and turn it into muscle.. yeha why not take a shake every mornin. I take a proetin shake after every workout and every morning for lik a wk now i make a shake consisting of 2 % milk, cup of oatmeal half a banana and then a tbsp of flavored ice cream. I dunnmo my friends say i look alot bigger already. honestly i think the oatmeal helps alot thts one thing i didnt take b4 and im noticin big gains and i also feel healthier. try it out but if u notice ur getting "fat" get rid of the weight gainer and just use protein whey flavored is better.
    good luck
