just a word of advice.. 2 times a week doesnt mean faster results ofcoarse unless you are supplimenting with creatine and have lots of iron in your diet. In theory it can take the body anywhere from 5- 14 days to recover.

Well mine is low volume, and I've used it for a couple weeks and felt ready for the workout each time. If you don't feel ready, just take another day off.

    not true

it depends on a whole load of factors!

even 3x a week can yield some great results, depends on the intensity and volume of the workouts, also depends on a whole load of individual factors

i don't see how creatine supplementation will benefit someone who is lifting each muscle 2x a week any more than someone lifting each muscle once a week

it can take some muscles 14 days to recover, which muscle group is that? i wouldn't have thought leaving 2 weeks inbetween training a muscle is advisable for any BB'er (not even HIT'ers leave that much time!)

    swordfish try this:
    mon - push
    tues - pull
    weds - rest
    thurs - push
    fri - pull
    weekend - rest

you'll have to go low-volume (esspecially if your gonna fit in legs, chest, shoulders and tris in one workout!) or else you'll end up doing too much, keep it intense and throw in a light session every now and again when needed, should work well if you do it properly, you can also use different exercises for each workout (like have a push A & push B session on the mon & thurs) to keep the progress goin once your into the flow of things

i've not yet tried this routine yet but as soon as i fancy a change from my current one i'm gonna give it a go. gl

    peace
