Hi Guys im changen up my routine and im going to start hitting the weights hard on monday, i was doing light weight training and would only take 30sec inbetween sets to keep it at a cardio paste but now im going start heavy strength training and want to know how meny min sould i wait inbetween sets when your trying to build muscle,cut up,lose fat and get down to a lower bodyfat%,i dont want to get big & bulky also is there a best time a day to strength train or dose it even matter?i like doing weights in the early afternoon you guys think thats a good time any tips?
