right now im on a 4 day a week workout (sometimes 3 becuase i cant do legs)

mon - chest 9 sets
tues - back 9 sets
thurs - larms (6bi/7tri)
fri -legs (9 sets)

but im on break from college and i wanna try something new... like 1 on 1 off with legs in somewhere

for example
day 1 - chest (6 sets) tris (4 sets) medial head shoulder (2 sets)
day 3 - (back 6 sets) bis (4 sets)
then repeat (fitting legs in when i can.. probably once a week) ...

then also i will switch heavy and light workouts... but "light" still as to failure just with lighter weight... for exmaple... chest workout

day 1 "heavy"

3 sets of incline dumbells 4 - 6 reps
3 sets of decline barbell 4 - 6 reps

day 3 "light"

3 sets of flat bench 6 - 8 reps
3 sets incline flyes 6 - 8 reps

day 5 "all"

3 sets of flat dumbells 5 - 8
3 sets of incline bench 7 - 12

what do you guys think?
