It really depends on you. I find that putting Chest/Shoulders on the same day makes it nearly impossible for me to do a signicant amount of weight on shoulder presses. Each of us will be different though.

You might find it a refreshing change to switch up your bodypart split every few months. I do it every 3 months.

Either way is totally viable. Many people advocate one method or the other, but I find personal preference and results should be the deciding factor.

i find that i am stronger when i do chest/back, delts/legs and arms. Do you see anything wrong with this grouping? I do them in that order 3 days on 1 day off.
