    working triceps with chest

    When working triceps with chest, how many sets should i do for triceps?

    I usually hit 2-3 exercises, and 3 sets each exercise.

    for chest, i try for about 8-12 sets. it varies.

    The # of sets depends on the level of intesity I think.

    So if you are like Ducan and do one set like it is the last set ever, then that is probably good enough.

    If you are not going to failure, then do more volume.
